Their financial information reaches a participating, licensed partner only when they authorize it, and is never sold to data aggregators or marketers or fed to the training data of large AI models.

Why we exist
The homeowner fills four forms. The contractor plays loan officer. The lender gets a thin lead. Same problem: no shared record. DuckWater is the record.
How we think about it
- The contractor is the front door. Financing starts with a bid in a kitchen, not a search result. We're built for that moment.
- We connect. We never decide.. No lending, pricing, approving or funding. That line is why contractors trust us with customers.
- Neutral, by design. Partners listed without preference. No placement to buy.
